what is the authorized way to take bath in the most Holy Lake?
full bath with huge respect and very humble attitude or 3 sprinklers of water on the head?

Both actually. One can and should take a full bath, but one should first sprinkle drops of water on one's head before stepping in, because one should not first touch the sacred water with one's feet.
