Dear friends,

i know that my post is tough beans, but i must show it.

for me, all decisions are made.
i´m no more inbetween the lines!

by the mercy of the Lord, i found this unbelievable e-mail from Srila Narayana Maharajas servant "somewhere" in the net.
actually, i dont want to start a new "boomboombang"-thread, but i feel it as my duty to set things straighter.

i also had the pleasure of receiving such kind of e-mail where also a senior disciple of SNM forbade me to read the jewel-like-books from Srila Ananta das Babaji.
but this is the creme de la creme.

so much about the need of tolerance, non-envy, compassion, broadmindedness, YOU TELL ME!

so, please dont start a new shooting. read and think twice, thrice or fourth!

sorry for letting this out, but COME TRUTH TO LIGHT!

Dear Satyaraja prabhu,

Please accept my dandavats pranams, all glories to Sri Guru and Sri
Gauranga and all glories to Sri Sri Radha Vinode Bihariji.
My humble request to you, please nullify all your connections with
Advaita and Ananta das Bbj. I know them very well and they are not good association for you. I do not want to critisize them but for your own betterment I am bound to tell you this. Do not read these books, if you want to advance in Krishna consciousness, at once throw all these books translated by Advaita in the Ocean.

vaisnavadasanudas,

Bhaktivedanta Madhava Maharaja

Ah, but there's the challenge. Somehow, WE must be tolerant and non-envious and compassionate and broadminded, even toward those who would deny us such gentle treatment. As always, it's a matter of trnad api sunicena...

Some people turn to fanaticism as a means of protecting their delicate, shallow or not-deeply-examined faith. It's no fun dealing with a fanatic, but I would rather see someone put up a wall of fanaticism than lose his faith altogether. Even the fanatic, in time, may find that as his faith grows, deepens, and becomes susceptible to mature examination, he may then be able to tear down his wall of fanaticism and relate more gently to others.

So, "fanaticism ki jaya!" Not as the final destination of our faith, of course, but as a natural, if awkward, stage through which many if not all must pass.

Your fanatic former friends now think that your spiritual life is doomed. Please don't fall into the trap of thinking that THEIRS is doomed because they haven't grown to share your realizations. As they are now, you once were. Maybe you can pray that in the future they will grow to share your realizations... but don't wait for the future to show love and respect to them whenever you genuinely can. Perhaps then, on the day when THEY become disillusioned with their current path, they will remember your Vaishnava qualities and will seek you out for friendship and counsel.

[Ah, but there's the challenge]

Radhe Radhe!

sorry, i didnt mean to challenge.

thank you for reminding me, dear Vamsidas.
i just wrote this because they kept telling me exact those same words over and over.

no, i wont be fanatical again.

i try my best to look upon my "former" friends with a gentle heart. no negativity.
no progress then is possible.

very nice points from you.

but i was pretty shocked about that kind of e.mail.
forgive me if it sounded challenging.

Just for the record, BV Madhava does NOT know Advaitadas very well, in fact he does not know Advaitadas at all. I have not asked from Baba whether BV Madhava knows him, but I suspect the same is true with him. I do not understand why they have this need to resort to untrue statements.

And let's not forget, of course, that Advaitaji has also translated some of the Gosvami granthas. Must we throw those into the ocean as well? rolleyes.gif

Rather, no one else's translations of the sastras is bonafide except their own? huh.gif
