nityananda namastubhyam premananda-pradayine
kalau kalmasa-nasaya jahnava-pataye namah
I offer pranama unto Sri Nityananda Prabhu who bestows the bliss of divine love, who eliminates the filth of the age of Kali, and who is the master of Jahnava-devi.

Nitai-Pada-Kamala
Srila Narottama dasa Thakura
nitai-pada-kamala, koti-candra-susitala
ye chayaya jagat judaya
hena nitai vine bhai, radha-krsna paite nai,
drdha kori’ dharo nitaira paya (1)
Nitai’s lotus feet are more cooling than the shining of millions of moons. Their shade gives solace to the universe. O brother! Without a personality such as Nitai, it is not possible to attain Radha and Krsna. So hold on very tightly (drdha) to His lotus feet.
se sambandha nahi ja’ra, vrtha janma gela ta’ra,
sei pasu bodo duracara
nitai na bolilo mukhe, majilo samsara sukhe,
vidyakule ki koribe tara (2)
If someone has not yet established his relationship with Nityananda Prabhu, his life has been wasted. He is no better than a gross animal. Not taking the name of Nitai on one’s lips, one becomes absorbed in the so-called happiness of this world. Then what is the value of one’s education and birth in a high family or great nation?
ahankare matta hoiya, nitai-pada pasariya,
asatyere satya kori’ mani
nitaiyera koruna habe, vraje radha-krsna pabe,
dharo nitaiyera carana du’khani (3)
Forgetting Nitai’s lotus feet, one becomes maddened by the false concept of bodily life and considers the illusory energy as real. Receiving the mercy of Nitai, he can attain Sri Radha and Krsna in Vraja. Firmly catch hold of the lotus feet of Nitai.
nitaiyera carana satya, tahara sevaka nitya,
nitai-pada sada koro asa
narottama bodo duhkhi, nitai more koro sukhi,
rakha ranga-caranera pasa (4)
The feet of Nitai are real and service to Him is eternal. Always hope and pray for the lotus feet of Nitai. “Narottama is very unhappy! O Nitai, please make me happy. Keep me tucked close to Your feet which are like reddish lotuses.”

Nitai Guna Mani
Locana dasa Thakura
nitai guna-mani amar nitai guna-mani
aniya premera vanya bhasailo avani (1)
My Nitai – the jewel of all virtues, the jewel of all virtues – my Nitai has brought the flood of divine love in which the whole world is sinking.
premera vanya loiya nitai aila gauda-dese
dubilo bhakata-gana dina hina bhase (2)
Bringing this overwhelming deluge of prema to Bengal from Puri to preach Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s message, Nitai inundated the assembly of devotees. The fallen and impoverished, out of lack of prema, did not drown but remained floating on the surface of that ecstatic ocean.
dina hina patita pamara nahi bache
brahmara durlabha prema sabakare jace (3)
Without discriminating, Nityananda Prabhu freely offered this rare prema to all, even to the fallen and wretched who did not desire it [no one could avoid it!], although it is difficult to attain even for Lord Brahma.
abaddha koruna-sindhu katiya muhan
ghare ghare bule prema-amiyar ban (4)
The ocean of mercy had formerly been sealed tight, but Nitai broke the dam. He went from house to house with this nectarean prema, sweetly requesting all to take harinama.
locana bole mora nitai jeba na bhajilo
janiya suniya sei atma-ghati hoilo (5)
Locana dasa says, “Whoever has not worshiped my Nitai, or who has heard yet does not follow Nitai’s instructions, knowingly commits suicide.”

Akrodha Paramananda
Locana dasa Thakura
akrodha paramananda nityananda raya
abhimana sunya nitai nagare bedaya (1)
The noble Nityananda Prabhu is never angry, for He is the personification of supreme transcendental bliss. Devoid of all false ego, Nitai wanders about the town.
adhama patita jivera dvare dvare giya
hari-nama maha-mantra decchena bilaiya (2)
Going from door to door to the houses of the most fallen and wretched souls, He freely distributes the gift of the harinama maha-mantra.
jare dekhe tare kohe dante trna dhari’
amare kiniya loho bolo gaurahari (3)
Holding a straw in His teeth, He exclaims to whomever He sees, “You can purchase Me by worshiping Gaurahari!”
eto boli’ nityananda bhume gadi jaya
sonara parvata jeno dhulate lotaya (4)
Saying thus, Nityananda Prabhu rolls about on the ground, appearing like a golden mountain tumbling in the dust.
heno avatare jar rati na janmilo
locana bole sei papi elo ara gelo (5)
Locana dasa says, “That sinful person who has not experienced the awakening of affection for such an avatara as this simply comes and goes uselessly in the cycle of repeated birth and death.”

bhaje nityanandambhajana-taru-kandam niravadhi (1)
I perpetually worship Sri Nityananda Prabhu, the root of the krsna-bhakti tree, whose bright face mocks the full autumn moon, whose pure complexion glistens, whose gait is like that of a maddened elephant, who is always intoxicated in krsna-prema, who embodies pure spiritual energy, whose face holds a gentle smile, whose eyes are always rolling due to His absorption in krsna-prema, whose lotus hand holds a glowing staff, and who by the performance of nama-sankirtana pierces the influence of Kali-yuga.

sada premonmadam paramaviditam manda-manasam
bhaje nityanandambhajana-taru-kandam niravadhi (2)
I perpetually worship Sri Nityananda Prabhu, the root of the krsna-bhakti tree, who is the mainstay of all the rasas, who is everything to His devotees, who is beyond compare, who is the master of both Vasudha and Jahnava-devi who consider Him more dear than their own lives, who is always maddened in krsna-prema, and who is unknown only to those of meagre intelligence.

I perpetually worship Sri Nityananda Prabhu, the root of the krsna-bhakti tree, who is very dear to Sri Saci-nandana, who is worshiped by the entire universe, who is the embodiment of happiness, who possesses infinite mercy for delivering the souls who are drowning in the age of Kali, and who by the performance of sri-harinama-sankirtana thwarts the progressing false pride of the ocean of repeated birth and death.

bhaje nityanandambhajana-taru-kandam niravadhi (4)
I perpetually worship Sri Nityananda Prabhu, the root of the krsna-bhakti tree, who said to Sri Krsna Caitanya, “He brother Gauranga! What will be the destination of the sinful souls of Kali-yuga and how will they be redeemed? Please devise a method by which they will easily attain You.”

tato vah samsarambudhi-tarana-dayo mayi laget
idambahu-sphotair-atati ratayan yah pratigrham
bhaje nityanandambhajana-taru-kandam niravadhi (5)
I perpetually worship Sri Nityananda Prabhu, the root of the krsna-bhakti tree, who wandered around Bengal and, approaching the door of each and every home, raised His arms up high and exclaimed, “O brothers! All of you should eternally perform sri-harinama-sankirtana together. By doing so, I will take the responsibility to deliver you all from the ocean of material existence.”

khala-sreni-sphurjat-timira-hara-surya-prabham-aham
bhaje nityanandambhajana-taru-kandam niravadhi (6)
I eternally worship Sri Nityananda Prabhu, the root of the krsna-bhakti tree, who is the Agastya Muni who forcibly swallows the ocean of repeated birth and death, who is a rising full moon which increases the ocean of the saintly persons’ welfare (their bhava), and who is a sun which dissipates the darkness of ignorance cast by the various classes of miscreants.

bhaje nityanandambhajana-taru-kandam niravadhi (7)
I eternally worship Sri Nityananda Prabhu, the root of the krsna-bhakti tree, who wandered on every path in Bengal dancing, singing, and calling out “Hari bol! Hari bol!” and who lovingly bestowed merciful sidelong glances upon those who were not compassionate to even their own selves.

bhramantam madhuryair-ahaha! madayantam pura-janan
bhaje nityanandambhajana-taru-kandam niravadhi (8)
I eternally worship Sri Nityananda Prabhu, the root of the krsna-bhakti tree, who held the supremely soft lotus-hand of His brother Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu, whose heart became filled with the highest bliss when the two brothers gazed into each other’s faces, and who wandered here and there delighting the townspeople with His sweetness.

param nityanandastakam-idam-apurvam pathati yas-
tad-anghri-dvandvabjam sphuratu nitaramtasya hrdaye (9)
May Sri Nityananda Prabhu place His lotus feet in the heart of one who lovingly recites this unprecedented Nityanandastaka, which is the reservoir of rasa, the greatest treasure of the most exalted of rasika Vaisnavas, and the storehouse of the essence of bhakti-rasa.

Such nectar from a few years ago - I just had to bring it back into the Active Thread!

(BeloyAra-rAga)
(1)
(Refrain) jaya jaga-tAraNa-kAraNa dhAma
Ananda-kanda nityAnanda nAma
Glory to the Lord who delivers the worlds, the Lord who is
the root of all bliss, the Lord who bears the name Nityananda!
(2)
Dagamaga locana-kamala DhulAyata
sahaje athira gati jiti matoyAra
bhAiyA abhirAma bali ghana ghana DAka-i
gaura prema-bhare cala-i nA pAra
Tears stream from His restless lotus eyes. He is restless and unsteady. “Brother Abhiram!”,
He calls. Overcome with ecstatic spiritual love for Lord Gaura, He has no power to walk.
(3)
gada gada Adha, madhura vacanAmRta
lahu lahu hAsa-vikazita gaNDha
pASaNDa khaNDana zrI-bhuja-maNDana,
kanaka-khacita avalambana daNDa
His half-words spoken in a choked voice are sweeter than nectar. A gentle smile blossoms
on His face. He breaks all blasphemy into pieces. His glorious arms are decorated with a golden staff.
(4)
kali-yuga kAla, bhujaGgama daMzala
dagadhala sthAvara jAGgama dekhi
prema-sudhA-rasa jaga bhari barikhala,
gobinda-dAsake kAGhe upekhi
Seeing the moving and unmoving beings burning with poison, bitten by
the fangs of the black snake that is Kali-yuga, He showers everyone with
a monsoon of the nectar-antidote of ecstatic spiritual love.
Only Govinda Das does not receive that antidote. Only Govinda Das is forgotten.
