I'd like to discuss this idea of Radha and Krishna being of "one substance" and then "dividing into two" for the purpose of lila. I'm familiar with the reference but I don't believe that this is possible in that it would discount their status of eternality. And also, considerations of "material" time are unnecessary.
Does anyone have any good references at hand?

CC Adi Lila 1:5
I will refrain from slaughtering the trans or transliteration.
I may be wrong, but the picture I got is of Two who are of one substance eternally and divided from beginningless time.
That their oneness is more a function of quality and quantity but not one neccessarily of uniformity is how I am reading this verse.
Jay Radhe!
