HK to unicode devanagari converter - probably still buggy

I just had a bash at adapting my "HK to bangla converter" to convert to devanagari instead.

Thanks for this. However for Mac users they need to use their own Unicode font.

For Mac Users I have changed the font to an ATSUI compatible Unicode Devanagari font included with Mac OS called DevanagariMT.

Avagraha working now

Does Hindi use an avagraha or an apostrophe? Will I need to give the option of converting an apostrophe (in the HK) to either an avagraha or an apostrophe (in the unicode text)?
