Excerpts from Nectar of Devotion - Some passages of interest

Today I skimmed over the sections of Nectar of Devotion corresponding to the end of the second chapter of the first division discussing raganuga-bhakti, and the entire second division discussing the five ingredients of rasa. I am hoping to understand the ISKCON concept of rasa.

Attached are some passages of interest that caught my attention. I haven't bothered much commenting on them, so in all likelihood they will only be of interest to those who are already acquainted with the theory of rasa in Bhakti-rasamrita-sindhu.
