And beyond that, currently not, due to permission issues unrelated with Babaji Maharaja. In the future, we will be looking into the possibility of having e-texts in a protected format available for a nominal fee, mainly out of concern for those who may for one reason or another not have the opportunity to purchase hard copies.

Yes, we ship internationally, pretty much at cost too. Depending upon who is at the counter that day, I can sometimes also get a cheaper international rate for books that isn't advertised (or supported by the USPS rate calculator API).
In case it isn't clear to everyone, LoiBazaar accepts credit cards by way of Paypal--no account necessary. (We'll be moving to a real cc merchant account soon.) If you don't have a credit card it is still possible to open a Paypal account in many countries. If you want to work out some other way of payment that is also possible...although I sometimes forget to follow up with people for payment. Wait, I don't think I'm supposed to mention that.

How indefinite is that future, and
why not for free as in many other cases,

The first library is something I helped build to begin with, that may be of interest to you.
Why a nominal fee? Because there are costs incurred.
The last site just makes others' work available for free without their permissions.
You're not a full member because I am not getting online.
