Mantramayi-upasana is compared to a pond amidst the river of asta-kaliya-lila, and consists of meditational worship in the yoga-pitha, at which Radha-Shyama have gathered along with the eight principal sakhis, eight additional sakhis, eight manjaris and four messengers. Prior to that, a corresponding scenario takes place in Navadvipa-dham, where Mahaprabhu and his associates have gathered to bless the sadhaka with their service.
Is there a drawing or picture of this in existence?

Usually what you'll find are black and white illustrations showing the leaves of the lotus with names and sometimes other relevant information on them, too. More than attempts to illustrate the scenario in detail, they are ground plans to help you visualize the scenario in your mind at the time of worship. These may have slight variations from tradition to tradition, and are generally kept secret.
However I found one colour depiction that is available at the bazaar as well, so I'll just post that in.

The original print is not very clear and quite small. My picture of the Vraja Yogapitha wont upload.
