how much money do we have to plan in for the cab-ride to Vraja from Delhi-airport (in rupees)?

Around 1200 Rupees. Around 22-25 Euros. If you get a taxi from the Airport, they will probably try to charge you more. Do not travel at night unless you get a car from Vraja to pick you up.
