Appreciations of Sri Ananta Das Babaji's works - If you enjoyed reading them...
Madhava - Fri, 17 Sep 2004 03:39:19 +0530
I thought it would be nice if I put together a series of appreciations and forwarded it to my Baba to let him know that people out there truly appreciate his writings.
So, if you've enjoyed his writings, I'd humbly request you to contribute something here (and keep in mind it'll probably get forwarded to Baba), or if you're shy, to me by PM. Entirely anonymous contributions are fine, too, and can be sent to madhava at raganuga dot com, no questions asked.
Some appreciations of choice, or excerpts thereof, may also be published at Krishnacaitanya.Com. If you wouldn't find that desirable, please add a note to that extent to your contribution or PM the same to me.
We reserve the right to slightly edit the contributions for clarity of language, weeding out typos etc.
A long story or a single paragraph, all is welcome. The more, the better.

Dear Madhavaji,
This is a stupendous idea. My congratulations!
I would love to see more of Baba's super rasik katha spread and available to all!
I don't have all of his available works. I must first say that his pathas on Vilap Kusumanjali from Raganuga.com provided me so much amrit. I cannot express it in words!
I do have the "Baba Bundle" from www.loibazaar.com ( I point this out cause I love you Brajaji for having this site! ).
Raga Bartma Chandrika was also greatly appreciated by me. Everyone needs to learn the siddhant provided by Baba in this grantha.
More later I'm sure.

What a mad man like myself could say about the glories of the 108 Radha-Kunda Mahanta Srila Ananta Das Pandita. I feel like make my self-a fool # 1 if ever try to depicted his character. However, out of proud I just would like to say thanks Baba-ji you really save my life! You helped me to contemplate on the unique beauty of Sri Radha’s lotus feet.

Anuradha Dasi, currently staying in Navadvip, has translated something. I believe I have some versions of those files, though chances are she's updated them since then. I'll drop her a note.

Madhava Da-
sorry to see this so late.
"I am writing this in deep and heartfelt appreciation for the invaluable service done to the entire Vaisnava Community and especially the Vaisnavas in the Western world by Pandit Sri Ananta Das Babaji Maharaja. I have never seen a more cohesive and subtly rendered exposition on the ontological positions of the Guru Tattva and the Bhakta Tattva as found in his essays of the same name.
In addition, Pandit-ji has the unique ability to speak to the wider non-Vaisnava and scholarly community in a way that is convincing and endearing.
Many thanks to His Grace Pandit Sri Ananta das Babaji and
His sisya Sriman Madhavananda Das.
Franz Manfredi"
Jay Radhe!
