Not actually a new painting. I painted it a few years ago. Just finally got around to putting it up on the home page.

That one I shot with my digital camera, whereas as the UN illustration I had shot by a photolab. The colors are more accurate and the details are more visible with the Syamkund painting. I don't know what software the photolab used to digitize the image, but it was probably Photoshop. Technology has come long way in the past couple of years, as you can see by the results (that is you could see if you saw the original paintings hanging on our wall to have a point of reference).

I guess it is time to replace the origina jpeg of the UN illustration with a new one. Look for it later today.

I am glad you like them. The one I did with Corel of Radhakund was more of an exercise (I am always trying out new techniques with digital tools).

Do you get a lot of hits over there at your Yahoo page?

There is a company called Meandaur that provides a service that will generate web traffic for commercial sites. They only take large corporations and other huge organizations as their clients (those that can afford to pay a miminum of $100,000 per month). Unfortunately our budget at this point in time is much, much smaller than that.

There should be some web traffic reports that you can get. If not, then you need to find a better hosting company for your site. Madhavananda can help you with that.
