Pray for injured Vaisnava -

Rasaraja dasa - Sun, 02 Nov 2003 11:37:09 +0530
Dandavats. All glories to the Vaisnavas.

Today my family and I went to visit our dearest friend Narottama das and when we arrived at his home we discovered that he had been hit by a car crossing a street.

Right now he is in intensive care with head injuries and a fractured pelvis. He is in immense pain and under close watch due to the severity of his head injuries.

Please pray to Srimata Radharani that her servant Narottama das will be empowered to continue to serve her in whatever capacity she chooses.

Aspiring to be a servant of the Vaisnavas,
Rasaraja das

Dandavats. All glories to the Vaisnavas.

Our Narottama das is doing better today. He is still in tremendous pain but his head trauma is stable and seems to be improving. I want to thank each of you for your continued prayers.

Good to hear. It is always sad to hear of such incidents, even if happening to people unknown to us.

I have been praying, too, for Narottama--for what it's worth.

But Rasaraja, is this the Narotama whose parents are Nara-Narayana and Dinadayadri? Please say no; it's bad enough thinking about his injuries, but it would be hard to bear if it were one of my old students.

Dear Babhru,

Dandavats. All glories to the Vaisnavas.

This Narottama is not your old student. He came to Vaisnavism when he was 15.

Thanks; that's a little bit of a relief. Nevertheless, please convey our best wishes to him.
