Radhey Radhey

Already posted yesterday under "Announcements" information about the new Charitable Hospital to be built in Barsana:
http://www.gaudiyadiscussions.com/index.php?showtopic=3863

But also wanted to provided an update on some other activities…
(Moderators were gracious enough to allow me to do this...Thanks)

You can read about them in the Barsana Dham Quarterly Newsletter here:
http://barsanadham.org/e-list/enews/pdf/Ne...er66-web-lo.pdf
That is the "low" resolution or small file version or you can get "high" resolution bigger file option here:

If by chance you can’t download pdf files, some main points:

Barsana Dham in Austin, Texas USA just recently celebrated its 10th anniversary of establishing Shree Raseshwari Radha Rani Temple.
Also, on News Year's Eve and New Year's Day they will have the 24 hour non-stop chanting of the Maha Mantra. I think they may have just started this last year as a “tradition.”

Bhakti Mandir, the new Temple built on Shree Maharajji’s appearance place in Mangarh, India is complete and there is an inaugural ceremony this month November 2005.
{Shree Swamiji apparently told devotees in October when he was back at Barsana Dham that there will be statues and depictions of the Maha Sakhi’s that have never been established/depicted in India, much less the rest of the World.}

I believe the other Temple now under construction in Vrindaban- Prem Mandir is still a few years away from being completed. This is the ONLY lasting Temple to be built by JKP to my knowledge in the Braj area. One day it is my hope to get to the "country" in Mangarh to Bhakti Mandir and of course to Vrindaban. unsure.gif

Great News...The Vedic Foundation was hugely successful in CA in getting the previously approved textbook with Hindu inaccuracies “reversed” by the School Textbook Commission. What a great start! cool.gif

Finally, from what I have heard, there is great hope that Shree Maharajji will make it back to the USA to Barsana Dham, next year spring/summer (2006) I would guess.
My only comment would be for anyone who might be the least bit curious (no matter what your background or beliefs - even if you don’t believe as I do about Shree Maharajji) that you might want to think about setting aside some vacation time (a few days or few weeks) and think about making a trip and staying at Barsana Dham and seeing Shree Maharajji in person. With his "physical" age there may be very few chances in the future. I truly believe if you came with a sincere heart that you would be blessed in some manner as a Vaishnav. I know some will be pleasantly surprised! This past year the short time I was there for his 5 week stay, I met people from all over the world!

Jai Shree Radhey!
