Compare Ananga's comments about Tripurari.

Where are his comments, again?

Would you like to illustrate what exactly you're thinking of? I can think of several ways your thoughts might have lead to.

Perhaps rapprochement. A mellowing.

Though politics are unpredictable. Who knows? An Iskcon/GM cabal joining with local Brijbasis to toss out the babajis?

It wouldn't surprise me. I don't predict a long future for the current Panchat and the establishment that goes along with it. Too much corruption. Power-hungry people exploiting the establishment, and no signs of improvement in the horizon.

Why would Brijbasis want to expel any babajis? unsure.gif blink.gif

They haven't gotten along too well over the past couple of centuries. Originally there were 17 families living at the area. Now more and more are moving in, the population has grown up to 10000. The atmosphere of peace is pretty much wrecked. Once there was a time when the Vrajavasis forcibly forbade the babas from bathing in the Kunda, declaring it their own property. Oh yes, and on the other side, there are some babajis who should be expelled. You know, Bhaktisiddhanta wasn't all wrong when he spoke of babas with bad behavior. It's just not something one can generalize.

I fail to understand why the News section of radhakund.com can't be updated more often. The last update on that page was 6 months ago. Is it too hard to update a webpage with a few simple words?

I don't have an answer for this one, but I know from my own experience that one little thing may seem like a piece of cake to take care of for someone who doesn't know the big picture, but when there are hundreds of little things waiting to be done, it is inevitable that some of them are delayed. I am now in the middle of typing replies to 100+ little things in my Inbox. 40 done, a few more to go.
