Madanmohan das - Thu, 27 Jan 2005 01:51:18 +0530
This is a pada by the poet Ramananda included by Siddha baba Krsna das in his Prarthanamrta Tarangini. It is and expanded narrative of the sloka,

zrIvAsaprAngana madhyasthah

kadA pazyAmi gaurAnga
tava krIditamAdhurI//

O Gauranga! When will I behold you enacting sweet sports with your bhaktas on the courtyard of Srivasa?

hari hari aiche ki hoyaba AmAra /
sahacara sange range pahu gauraka
heraba nadIyA vihAra//
suradhUnI tIre natana rase pahu mora

karabahi bhojana pAn/
rAmAnanda Anande ki heraba
saphala karaba dunayAn//

Alas! alas! will such a state be mine? when I behold lord Gaura with companions divine; enacting his wonderful Nadiya Vihara.

Enraptured, my lord will caper and dance in Kirtan Vilasa upon the banks of the Celestial Stream; and with but a glimpse of this I will satiate my eyes, and thence my heart's yearning will be fulfilled.

The lord will proceed, with his dear ones, to the home of Srivasa where he sits in the place specially reserved for him; to his right stands Sri Nityananda, holding up the royal umbrella, and the scholar Gadadhara takes his place to the left.

Thereupon, someone leads me to the forefront so that I might gaze upon that radient moon-like countenance; all my limbs will erupt with a thrill of horripilation, whereupon I will have gained the ultimate joy of prem.

Anon, when mother calls, he returns home to enjoy the meals prepared by her.
Ramananda says; when I behold this rapture, my eyes will indeed have become fulfilled of their purpose!
