(1) Adored by the host of sages She drives away the grief of the three spheres; Her face blooms like a lotus with joy delighting in love’s games in secret groves; She is the daughter of King VrishabhAnu and lives in the heart of the son of the King of Braj; O, when will she shower upon me Her sidelong glance of over-flowing Grace?

(2) She rests upon a flower throne beneath a canopy of creepers and boughs of ashoka trees; Her lotus-soft feet are lustrous-red as coral, fire, and newly sprouted leaves; From Her springs forth the favor of fearlessness and all celestial treasure; O when will She shower upon me Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(3) By charming movements, Her arched eyebrows are the colorful stage of the play of love; Her sudden glance, just as a shower of arrows produces astonishment; And thus perpetually holds captive the everlasting allegiance of Sri Nanda-nandan; O when will She shower upon me Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(4) As lightning's radiant illumination, or gold, or the blossoms of the champaka is the fairness of Her limbs; The shining brilliance of Her face defeats the glory of a million moons of Sharad; With eyes restless like young chakoras, bewildered by strange and dazzling scenes at each new moment; O when will She shower upon me, Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(5) In exceedingly intoxicating youth, Her delightful sulking mood is Her bejewelled adornment; Dyed in Her darling's dedication, She is fully skilled and expert in all arts of making love; In sanctified groves, incomparable, she is learned in the study of all love's novelties; O when will She shower upon me Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(6) The infinite and calm ocean of sentiment is the ornament of diamonds She wears upon Her neck; Her lovely breasts are golden spheres, like the cranial globes of an elephant, as well-formed as twin water-urns; Her slow, enchanting smile glows with a silent bliss as a sea full of mirth; O when will She shower upon me Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(7) Whose delicate arms, creeper-slim, rhythmically wave and flow like lotus-stems; Just as a dancing vine at its height, Her bluish eyes flash an enthralling glance; Her alluring movements entice lovely meetings and fascinate Mohan Himself to take refuge in Her charm; O when will She shower upon me Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(8) On Her neck, shaped as a lovely conch, its beauty enhanced by three lines, she wears a golden necklace; Three lustrous diamonds sparkle and swing from three cords tied round her neck as all fortune and auspiciousness; Her luxuriant black tresses are artfully woven with clusters of flowers flowing towards Her heels; O when will She shower upon me Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(9) The fullness of Her swaying hips is circled with a wreath of flowers of excellence; Her splendid diamond waistbelis bright sings out sweet applause in Her fair delight; Whose graceful soft smooth thighs taper as the sloping trunk of the king of elephants; O when will She shower upon me Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(10) Her golden anklets sweetly resound as the divine and timeless chanting of many mantras; And in their melody is heard all the enchantment of a flock of noble swans; The elegant movements of Her limbs are like the bewitching dance of golden creepers; O when will She shower upon me Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(11) At whose lotus feet the goddess of millions of endless heavens of Vishnu stoops to bow in all humility; For the daughters of Himanchal, Puloma, and BrahmA, who worship Her, She is the Bestower of boons; All riches, supernatural powers, perfection and liberation are attained within the light of Her smallest toe-nail; O when will She shower upon me Her sidelong glance of overflowing Grace?

(12) O Goddess Supreme! of all sacrifice and action, and of the host of gods and sages; O Goddess Supreme! of the speech of the three Vedas, and of all law and logic; O Goddess Supreme! of love, forgiveness and delight, of RamA, KshamA and zrI SItA; O Goddess Supreme of Braj! and of the King of Braj, Sri Radhika! I prostrate to Thee?

Translation by a Chitraketu Das

The Sovereign Hymn to Sri Radha’s Compassionate Sidelong Glance

O She whom foremost thinkers praise, who does all worldly grief destroy,
Who in secluded arbours Plays, whose face like lotus blooms with joy,
King Bhanu’s pride who always stays on Nandanandan’s bosom pressed;
O When by Radha’s sidelong glance of causeless grace will I be blest?

She shines pavillioned o’er with vines beneath Ashoka's shady eaves;
Her lotus feet as lustrous red as coral, soft as new-grown leaves;
Her eager hand grants fearlessness; In Her abundant bounties rest;
O When by Radha’s sidelong glance of causeless grace will I be blest?

Her eyebrows curved provide the stage for Cupid to enact his dance;
Her roving eyes from side to side shoot suddenly an arrow-glance
And tightly hold the Arch-enchanter in perpetual arrest;
O When by Radha’s sidelong glance of causeless grace will I be blest?

Her form so fair defeats the flare of lightning, gold or Champak flower;
Her facial orb outshines a crore of autumn moons in radiant power;
Her dancing eyes, like young Chakors, skip to and fro without a rest;
O When by Radha’s sidelong glance of causeless grace will I be blest?

O’erwhelmed by mad excess of youth, adorned with charming sulky mood,
A scholar in the arts of love, with dye of Priya’s love imbued:
In peerless, sacred, sovereign groves, who sows the seeds of love and jest;
O When by Radha’s sidelong glance of causeless grace will I be blest?

The ocean calm of sentiments in diamond-necklace’ form She wears;
Her breasts are round like cranial globes of elephant, or golden spheres;
Her balmy smile is sweet and slow, a sea of joyfulness and zest;
O When by Radha’s sidelong glance of causeless grace will I be blest?

Her slender arms like lotus fibres’ tender creepers wave and dance;
Her bluish eyes, atop the dancing creeper, flash a rolling glance;
By playful coquetry She calls enchanted Syam to make His nest;
O When by Radha’s sidelong glance of causeless grace will I be blest?

A golden garland on Her neck, conch-shaped with lines of beauty three;
Three dazzling gems on three cords strung all fortune and.good luck decree;
Her flowing tresses, wavy, black, with flower-clusters gaily dressed,
O When by Radha’s sidelong glance of causeless grace will I be blest?

Her hips are broad and wide and by a flower-garland girdled round;
A bright waist-band of costly gems emits a soft, melodious sound;
Her tap’ring thighs by graceful slope with trunk of tusker-king contest;
O When by Radha’s sidelong glance of causeless grace will I be blest?

With chant of many hymns divine Her golden anklets sweetly chime
No flock of swans could warble, coo or sing with such a sound sublime;
Like golden creepers’ supple dance She moves Her limbs with art and taste;
O When by Radha’s glance of sheer compassion will I e’er be graced?

Sri Laksmi, Queen of endless Vishnu-lokas bows at Her blest feet;
From Her do Sati, Saraswati and Indrani boons entreat;
All riches, supernatural powers, perfection and salvation flow
In growing streams, as glowing gleams the sacred nail of Her small toe.

Who over yajnas, rituals and hosts of gods and saints presides;
To Yedic lore, to proofs of truth and edicts all their force provides;
O Sovereign Queen of Sri and Bhu, and of the highest blissful state,
O Queen of Vraj,.Goddess Supreme, to Thee, Sri Radha, I prostrate.

May daughter of King Bhanu thus on hearing this exalted hymn
Be pleased to always gaze on me with glances which with mercy swim
Then may I be relieved of alL accumulated karma-load,
And may I gain an entrance to King Nanda’s Son’s divine abode.

Result:
The aspirant who recites this hymn on the full-moon day, on the eighth day of the waxing moon, and on the tenth, eleventh and thirteenth days of the waxing and waning moons, achieves the fruition of his desires and, by the grace of Sri Radhika’s compassionate sidelong glance, bhakti characterized by prema sprouts in his heart.
The aspirant who recites this hymn one hundred times, while immersed in the waters of Sri Radha-kunda, either up to his waist, up to his navel, up to his chest, or up to his neck, achieves the perfection of his desired ends and whatever he speaks comes true, he is endowed with full spiritual opulence and gets the direct, personal darchan of Srimati Radharani.
Being pleased with him, Srimati Radhika immediately grants him the greatest benediction and he gets to see with his own eyes Her darling sweet Lord, Sri Syamasundara. The Lord of Vraja, in His turn, grants that devotee an entrance Into His eternal sports. For the vaishnava there is no greater goal to be acheived than this.

Here's the phala sruti again from an unknown source kept on my shelf since time out of mind.

Pure seekers wise, on Lunar dates, the thirteenth, tenth, eleventh bright,
Dark fortnights the eighth, on full Moon day, should with devotion it recite,
Whatever things the seeker wants, he gets them each and all, no doubt,
By Radha's glance, compassion-filled, devotion based on love does sprout.

Thigh deep or navel deep, chest deep or e'en neck deep in Radha's lake,
If standing one a hundred times, does recitation of it make,
Gains fulfilment of his every wish, what utters one becomes it true,
It grants all powers and one achieves, the bliss of Radha's direct view.

She grants, being pleased with this, a mighty boon, instantly true,
Which comes to be, and one percieves her darling lord of saphire hue;
A place in his eternal sports, now Vraja's lord grants in his turn,
And for the Vaisnava there is no higher thing to seek, to earn.
