To help people give you a meaningful answer, please include as much information as possible in your question.
1. What is your operating system? That would generally be Windows something.
2. Your PC specs - how fast is the processor (measured in MHz or GHz, for example 850 MHz or 2.4 GHz), how much memory do you have (measured in RAM, for example 128MB or 512 MB), and any other relevant information you might have available.
3. What exactly were you doing when the problem occured? If you got an error notice, write down the exact error message you received!
And please, make a descriptive topic title, not "I have a problem..." or "Please help!" Rather, "Problem with Office XP when saving a document", or "Virus infected my PC - please help!"
